Ingredients
  • 150 g Red Bean Paste 紅豆蓉
  • 160 g Glutinous Rice Flour 糯米粉
  • 145 ml Boiling Water 沸水
  • 40 g Sugar 糖
  • 35 ml Vegetable Oil 菜油
Instructions
  1. Divide red bean paste into 8 to 10 pieces. Roll into balls, set aside.

  2. Mix the boiling water with sugar until it dissolved, then mix with vegetable oil.

  3. Add the mixture into a bowl of glutinous rice, mix well and form a dough. Knead the dough until it smooth. (if the dough is too dry, add some water; if too wet, add some glutinous rice flour)

  4. Divide the dough into 8 to 10 pieces.

  5. Roll & flatten the dough, then wrap the red bean paste. Roll the dough again and flatten it.

  6. Add little oil in a pan, pan fry both sides until cooked.
