Divide red bean paste into 8 to 10 pieces. Roll into balls, set aside.
Mix the boiling water with sugar until it dissolved, then mix with vegetable oil.
Add the mixture into a bowl of glutinous rice, mix well and form a dough. Knead the dough until it smooth. (if the dough is too dry, add some water; if too wet, add some glutinous rice flour)
Divide the dough into 8 to 10 pieces.
Roll & flatten the dough, then wrap the red bean paste. Roll the dough again and flatten it.
Add little oil in a pan, pan fry both sides until cooked.
