In a large bowl, mix the sausage meat and all the seasoning together, set aside.
Take out the puff pastry, cut the pastry into large rectangle (usually I cut it into half, depending of your pastry size)
Place the meat mixture on lower part of the pastry, then brush some egg wash on one edge. Then fold the other side of the pastry over onto the egg-washed edge. Press down to seal, trim the excess pastry.
Then cut into small pieces. Place on lined baking sheet, brush some egg wash on the pastry, sprinkle some sesame seeds on top. Pop in preheated oven at 200C, bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden
