Ingredients
  • 155 g Plain Flour 中筋麵粉
  • 100 g Sugar 糖
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder 泡打粉
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Soda 梳打粉
  • 55 g Melted Butter 溶化牛油
  • 1 Egg 雞蛋
  • 120 ml Milk 牛奶
  • 1 Banana 香蕉
  • 100 g Chocolate Chips 朱古力碎
Instructions
  1. Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and sugar together.

  2. In another bowl, mix egg, milk and melted butter together. Pour it into dry ingredients, mix well.

  3. Use a fork to mash the banana, add in banana and chocolate chips.

  4. Put the batter into muffin tin (till the top), pop in preheated oven at 210C, bake for 8 minutes. Then lower the temperature to 180C for extra 8 - 10 minutes.
