
Mix brown sugar, white sugar and melted butter together. Then add in egg, mix well.
Then add in flour and baking soda, gently mix together. Do not over mix it. Add in chocolate chips, mix well.
Divide the dough into small pieces (I made 8 pieces) , roll into ball. (If the dough is too soft to work with, chill in the fridge for 30 minutes)
Put in freezer for at least 1 hour. (If the dough is too soft to work with, chill in the fridge for 30 minutes)
Take the dough out, place it on lined baking sheet. Give enough space between each dough as it will spread. Bake in preheated oven at 170C, bake for about 11-13minutes.
Sprinkle some sea salt on top, let the cookies cool on the baking sheet (or it will break). Enjoy!
*you can keep the dough in the freezer up to 3 months
