Ingredients
  • 400 g Fish Balls 魚蛋
  • 100 g Pork Crackling 豬皮
  • 2 cloves Garlic 蒜蓉
  • 1 Shallot 紅蔥頭
Seasonings
  • 2 tbsp Char Siu Sauce 叉燒醬
  • 1 tbsp Chu Hou Paste 柱侯醬
  • 1 tsp Chicken Powder 雞粉
  • 1 tsp Sugar 糖
  • 1/2 tsp Salt 鹽
  • 1 tbsp Curry Powder 咖哩粉
  • 1 tsp Grounded Turmeric 黃薑粉
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce 生抽
  • 1-2 tbsp Oyster Sauce 蠔油
Instructions
  1. Soak pork crackling in water until soft. Put in pot of boiling water, cook for 1-2 minutes, drain well.

  2. Cook the fish balls in boiling water, drain well.

  3. In a hot pan, add oil and cook the garlic and shallot, then add in all seasoning. Cook for 2 minutes.

  4. Then add in hot water, bring it to boil then add in fish balls. Cook for 5 minutes. Then add in pork crackling, cook until soften.

  5. Taste it and add more seasonings if needed. Then add in slurry to thicken the sauce. Enjoy!
