
Soak pork crackling in water until soft. Put in pot of boiling water, cook for 1-2 minutes, drain well.
Cook the fish balls in boiling water, drain well.
In a hot pan, add oil and cook the garlic and shallot, then add in all seasoning. Cook for 2 minutes.
Then add in hot water, bring it to boil then add in fish balls. Cook for 5 minutes. Then add in pork crackling, cook until soften.
Taste it and add more seasonings if needed. Then add in slurry to thicken the sauce. Enjoy!
