
Mix bread flour, sugar, salt and instant dried yeast together. Then add in olive oil and water, mix well.
Knead the dough for about 8-10 minutes or until it smooth.
Place the dough into an oiled bowl , cover with cling film and let it rest for 1 to 2 hours or double its size.
Take out the dough, make it a rectangular shape, cut into thin strips.
Roll it into long and thin strip. Place it on lined baking tray. Pop in preheated oven at 200C, for about 10-15 minutes.
