Ingredients
  • 250 g Bread Flour 高筋麵粉
  • 5 g Instant Dried Yeast 快速乾酵母
  • 5 g Sugar 糖
  • 8 g Salt 鹽
  • 30 ml Olive Oil 橄欖油
  • 125 ml Water 水
Instructions
  1. Mix bread flour, sugar, salt and instant dried yeast together. Then add in olive oil and water, mix well.

  2. Knead the dough for about 8-10 minutes or until it smooth.

  3. Place the dough into an oiled bowl , cover with cling film and let it rest for 1 to 2 hours or double its size.

  4. Take out the dough, make it a rectangular shape, cut into thin strips.

  5. Roll it into long and thin strip. Place it on lined baking tray. Pop in preheated oven at 200C, for about 10-15 minutes.
