Ingredients
  • 3-4 Mango 芒果
  • Pomelo/Grapefruit 柚
  • 50 g Sago 西米
  • 160 ml Coconut Cream 椰漿
  • 200 ml Evaporated Milk 花奶
  • 100 ml Water 水
  • 40 g Sugar 糖
Instructions
  1. Add sago into a large pot of boiling water, cover the lid. Cook for 15 minutes, remove from heat then let it set for 10 minutes. Then put the sago under the water, drain well. 

  2. Cut one mango and pomelo into pieces. Blend the rest of the mango into puree. 

  3. Bring the water to boil, add in sugar until dissolve. Add in coconut cream and evaporated milk, mix well.

  4. Then add in sago, pomelo and mango. Chill in fridge for few hours before enjoying it!
