
Beat the butter and sugar together, then add in egg, mix well.
Sift in flour, salt, baking soda and chocolate chips, mix until well combined. (*if the dough is way too sticky and can not form a dough, add little bit more flour)
Take out the dough (about 5g), roll into ball, place on lined baking sheet.
Pop in preheated oven at 170C, bake for 9 to 10 minutes. Let the cookies cool on the baking tray completely. Enjoy!
