Ingredients
  • 230 g Plain Flour 中筋麵粉
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder 泡打粉
  • 80 g Sugar 糖
  • 110 g Butter 牛油
  • 1 Egg 雞蛋
  • 1 tbsp Milk 牛奶
  • 110 g Raisins 提子/生果乾
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder & sugar together. Then add in cubed butter, use hands to crumble it.

  2. Then add in egg and milk, mix well.

  3. Add in dried fruit, mix well.

  4. Divide the dough into small pieces. Place on lined baking sheet. Pop in preheated oven at 180C, bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden.

  5. *This recipe can make around 12 little cakes
