
In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder & sugar together. Then add in cubed butter, use hands to crumble it.
Then add in egg and milk, mix well.
Add in dried fruit, mix well.
Divide the dough into small pieces. Place on lined baking sheet. Pop in preheated oven at 180C, bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden.
