Ingredients
Streusel Topping
  • 20 g Butter 牛油
  • 25 g Sugar 糖
  • 25 g Plain Flour 中筋麵粉
Muffins
  • 55 g Butter 牛油
  • 100 g Sugar 糖
  • 1 Egg 雞蛋
  • 55 g Yogurt 乳酪
  • 120 g Plain Flour 中筋麵粉
  • 5 g Baking Powder 泡打粉
  • 100 g Raspberries 紅莓
Instructions
  1. For the streusel topping, mix butter, sugar and flour together. Then use fingers to crumble it together.

  2. In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar together. Then add in egg and yogurt, mix well.

  3. Add in flour, baking powder and raspberries, fold it gently.

  4. Divide the batter into lined muffin tin, sprinkle the streusel on top. Pop in preheated oven at 180C, bake for about 18-24 minutes.
