
Cream butter and sugar together until fluffy. Then add in egg, mix well.
Sift in flour, oat, baking soda, cornstarch. Mix until well combined.
Then add in nuts, dried fruit and chocolate chips, mix well.
Divide into even portion, roll into balls. Put 4 in one tray. Flatten the dough a little bit.
Pop in preheated oven at 170C, bake for about 15 -18 minutes. Let it cool on tray completely, enjoy!
