Ingredients
  • 115 g Butter 牛油
  • 100 g White Sugar 白糖
  • 50 g Brown Sugar 紅糖
  • 1 Egg 雞蛋
  • 100 g Plain Flour 中筋麵粉
  • 120 g Oatmeal 燕麥
  • 10 g Corn Starch 粟粉
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda 梳打粉
  • 100 g Chocolate Chips 朱古力碎
  • 70 g Nuts 果仁
  • 100 g Dried Fruit 果乾
Instructions
  1. Cream butter and sugar together until fluffy. Then add in egg, mix well.

  2. Sift in flour, oat, baking soda, cornstarch. Mix until well combined.

  3. Then add in nuts, dried fruit and chocolate chips, mix well.

  4. Divide into even portion, roll into balls. Put 4 in one tray. Flatten the dough a little bit.

  5. Pop in preheated oven at 170C, bake for about 15 -18 minutes. Let it cool on tray completely, enjoy!
