Ok, so this is pretty much it, the name tells everything: bacon, egg and toast. Literally put your whole breakfast in a muffin tin and bake it, as simple as that.

I love how it looks, crispy gorgeous bacons wrap with toast, cheese and runny egg. Hmmm…it is just delicious! 

Try this weekend, I am sure everyone will be so impressed by its look, and of course it taste heavenly, is bacon! Enjoy!

將普通的早餐材料加點心思,就可變化出美味又靚的早餐喔! 

這個煙肉雞蛋杯Bacon & Egg Cups,先用多士作底層,再用煙肉圍邊,加上芝士及雞蛋,再焗便成!材料及做法都超簡單,大人小孩都必定喜歡,週末就做這個囉~

Cook the bacons on the pan for 4 -5 minutes, until the bacons are flexible and not hard.

Lightly brush the melted butter in and round each muffin cup. Cut the bread into a circle, same size as the buttom of muffin cup.  Then lay at the bottom of each muffin cup.

先將煙肉煎至軟身備用,不要煎太久,若煙肉太硬就不能彎曲。

在馬芬杯內塗一層薄薄的牛油,將多士印出跟馬芬杯底部大小相同的圓形,將圓形多士放在馬芬杯內。

Bacon, Egg & Toast CupsWrap two bacon around each muffin cup, then add some cheese on top of the toast. Crack an egg into each cup, season with salt and pepper.

Put in preheated oven at 200C , bake for 12 -15 minutes. If you like runny egg yolk, 12 minutes is enough.

Sprinkle with more cheese or parsley before serve.

用兩片煙肉圍邊,再加上芝士碎,最後加一隻雞蛋在上面,灑少許鹽及黑胡椒粉調味。

放入已預熱200度焗爐,焗約12-15分鐘即成! (如喜歡半熟蛋黃,12分鐘便可)

Ingredients
  1. 6 bacon slices
  2. 2 bread
  3. 3 eggs
  4. cheese, granted
  5. 材料:

  7. 煙肉6塊
  8. 芝士碎適量
  9. 雞蛋3隻
