Breakfast Muffins 早餐雞蛋鬆餅

A good breakfast is the way to start a good day! Reality is…we are always wake up late and too rush to leave the house. Sitting down to enjoy a breakfast seems like impossible.

But now these little breakfast muffins can be your great choice. They are packed of nutrition, delicious and perfect to make ahead. It can give you the energy you need and they are so delicious! Be creative, add any ingredients you fancy and make the best of the little size of the muffin tins! Enjoy!

這個週末就來做這個營養豐富,健康美味的雞蛋鬆餅Breakfast Muffins 囉!不要少看這個小小的早餐鬆餅,有蔬菜、有肉、有雞蛋、有芝士,營養豐富又夠飽。加入自己喜歡的材料,放入模內再焗,超簡單!

也可前一天做好,第二天再加熱,慢慢坐下享受或拿出邊行邊吃都可以,方便又好味!

Beat the eggs and seasoning with salt and pepper.

Lightly oil the muffin tin, with vegetable oil or butter. Pour beaten egg into the tin, half way through, then add in the filling you desired. Sprinkle some cheese on top.

Pop in preheated oven at 180C, bake for 15-20 minutes. Enjoy!

*one egg make about one muffin

將雞蛋打發一下,下鹽和黑胡椒粉拌勻.

在鬆餅模內塗一層油(煮食用油油或牛油都可以). 將大半蛋液倒入模內,然後再加入餡料,在上面灑上芝士碎。

放入已預熱180度C焗爐,焗約15-20分鐘即成!

*每隻雞蛋可做一個鬆餅
