The perfect, easy and super delicious cheesy garlic bread! Golden, crispy, garlicy and cheesy, perfect to go with pasta, curry or snack. It is just irresistible!

I love garlic bread so much, I just love to eat with curry in Thai restaurants. But this cheesy garlic bread is even better! Of course, you can add as little or as many cheese you like (not guilty!) The toast is soooo crispy, full of garlic and butter, topped with melted cheese. Hmmmm…

It is super easy to make, no skill needed, and everyone will love it!

芝士+香蒜絕對是超配的組合!在西餐廳經常會有的蒜蓉包,充滿香濃的牛油香蒜味,麵包非常酥脆,再加金黃溶化的芝士,實在太~太~太美味,令人難以抗拒!

做法也是超簡單,零難度,自己做的牛油香蒜醬是最好吃! 
大人小孩都會喜歡,停不了口!

Cheesy Garlic Bread

Slice the baguette into 2 cm thick. Let the butter rest in room temperature until very soft and spreadable, then add in garlic, parsley, salt and pepper to mix well. 

先將法國長法包Baguette 斜切成片狀 (約2厘米厚)備用。

將牛油放在室溫至非常軟身,用膠刮拌勻。將蒜蓉加入牛油內,下少許鹽及胡椒粉調味,再加入巴西里Parsley拌勻,那就成香蒜牛油醬。Cheesy Garlic Bread

Spread the mixture on the bread evenly, and sprinkle with some cheese. You can also drizzle some olive oil at the bottom side of the bread.

Pop in preheated oven at 180C for 10- 15 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Enjoy!

將香蒜牛油醬塗在麵包上,然後放在烤盤上 (也可在麵包的另一面淋少許橄欖油)再在麵包上灑上芝士碎。

放入已預熱180度焗爐,焗約10-15分鐘,或至芝士溶化及金黃色即成!

Ingredients
  1. 1/2 baguette
  2. 60 gram butter
  3. 3 - 4 teaspoons minced garlic
  4. parsley
  5. Mozzarella Cheese
  6. Cheddar Cheese

  10. 蒜蓉 -3-4茶匙
  11. Mozarella 芝士碎 -適量
  12. 車打芝士碎 -適量
Instructions
