Homemade No-churn Coffee Ice-cream 咖啡雪糕

Summer is here! Nothing better than just sit in couch and have a big bowl of ice-cream…mmmm…I know, but sometimes you have to indulge yourself a little bit. 

No-churn ice-cream is the best that you don’t need any ice-cream machine to make it.  Just whipping cream and condensed milk, how great is that! Add whatever you fancy, fruit puree, chocolate….This time I make the coffee favour plus, I put some caramel biscuit and a MARS bar in it. They are just amazzzzzzing! 

炎炎夏日,沒有什麼比坐在沙發上、吃一大碗雪糕!人生苦短,有時也要放縱一下!哈哈!

超喜歡自家製的雪糕,材料只需兩種:淡忌廉和煉奶,然後再加上自己喜歡的口味,水果、朱古力。。。這次我做了咖啡口味,還加了餅乾碎和MARS 朱古力,超好味!

Beat the whipping cream until slightly thickened, then add in condensed milk and beat until soft peak. 

Add in coffee and fold it gently. Mix with chopped biscuits and chocolate, pour it in a tray and freeze in freezer for at least 4 hours. 

用電動打蛋器以中速打發淡忌廉,打發至有泡沫出現,加入煉奶。再以高速打發至濕性發泡Soft Peak。

然後加入咖啡,再輕力拌勻,再加入餅乾和朱古力碎。倒入容器內,冷凍最少4個小時。

Ingredients
  1. 200 ml whipping cream
  2. 150 ml condensed milk
  3. 20 ml coffee
  4. chocolate, biscuits
  5. 材料:

  8. 咖啡 20毫升
  9. 餅乾,朱古力
