Homemade No-churn Coffee Ice-cream 咖啡雪糕
Summer is here! Nothing better than just sit in couch and have a big bowl of ice-cream…mmmm…I know, but sometimes you have to indulge yourself a little bit.
No-churn ice-cream is the best that you don’t need any ice-cream machine to make it. Just whipping cream and condensed milk, how great is that! Add whatever you fancy, fruit puree, chocolate….This time I make the coffee favour plus, I put some caramel biscuit and a MARS bar in it. They are just amazzzzzzing!
Beat the whipping cream until slightly thickened, then add in condensed milk and beat until soft peak.
- 200 ml whipping cream
- 150 ml condensed milk
- 20 ml coffee
- chocolate, biscuits
- 淡忌廉 200毫升
- 煉奶 150毫升
- 咖啡 20毫升
- Beat the whipping cream until slightly thickened, then add in condensed milk and beat until soft peak.
- Add in coffee and fold it gently. Mix with chopped biscuits and chocolate, pour it in a tray and freeze in freezer for at least 4 hours.
