3種材料乳酪雪糕 3-Ingredient Frozen Yogurt

So summer is here, my favourite activity is having ice-cream in all forms 😀 To balance my healthy diet, let’s make some frozen yogurt. They are so yummy and it is healthy! You can add whatever fruit you like, and I found that using frozen mango is sooooo delicious! Just like Mango Ice-cream!!!

If you like more creamy texture, you can use greek yogurt but plain yogurt is good too!

炎炎夏日,我最愛的活動就是吃雪糕消暑!嘗試吃得健康點,自己做乳酪雪糕就最好!這個三種材料就做到的食譜,超簡單但非常好味!尤其用了芒果,做出來就像芒果雪糕般,非常有驚喜!

如果想要更Creamy 的效果,建議用希臘乳酪,但當然普通乳酪都可以!

This is one of the easiest recipe!

Simply blend all ingredient with food processor or blender, until well to combine. If you like, you can also add some chopped fruit in it.

Place in a container and freeze for at least 4 hours.

Take it out and leave it at room temperature for 10 mins before enjoying it!

超簡單的食譜!將三種材料放入攪拌機或食物處理器內,攪拌至均勻即可。也可以加入生果粒,更有口感

倒入容器內,冷藏最少4個小時。享用前拿出來,待在溫室約10分鐘後才享用!

  • 1 Cup Plain Yogurt
  • 2 Cups Fruit of your choice
  • Honey
  • 1 乳酪
  • 2 水果
  • 蜜糖
