One-Pot Indian Curry Chicken 超簡單印度咖喱雞
This is a very easy, simple Indian curry recipe. What you need is one-pot and you will have a big comfort pan of curry chicken.

Thai Prawn & Pomelo Salad 泰式鮮蝦柚子沙律
So summer is here, is time to have salad! This Thai Pawn & Pomelo salad is my all-time favourite Thai salad that I ordered every time when in Thai restaurants.
Pomelo taste not too sweet, but mix with some Thai dressing (palm sugar, fish sauce, lime juice) it taste so refreshing and super delicious. It is for sure my summer go-to salad! Enjoy!

Lemon Drizzle Cake 檸檬糖霜蛋糕
This has to be my all time favourite cake!!!! Every time in cafe, I must choose this lemon cake. Tangy, rich and super delicious! I made this cake for some friends and they all love it.
You can easily change the lemon zest and juice into orange, then you have orange drizzle cake. Mine is not really ”drizzle” but a whole lot of icing on, well, why not?! Hope you all love this recipe, enjoy!
