Creamy Mushroom & Spinach Pasta 磨菇菠菜忌廉長通粉

繁忙的一天,能用15分鐘就可煮到一餐,總比街買的健康又好味!這次用磨菇加菠菜,如果想加點肉類,煙肉或雞肉都不錯,健康又好味!再加上creamy的忌廉醬汁,超好味,必定要試試! 

Bring a large pot of salted water into boil, then cook the pasta according to the package instruction until al dente. Drain well.

Add oil in wok, cook the mushrooms and minced garlic, cook until softened. Season with salt and pepper.

Add spinach (I add some sundried tomatoes) stir a bit then add in flour, mix well. Add cream, cheese and pasta, cook until everything well combined. Enjoy!

先用一大煲熱水加兩茶匙鹽煮長通粉(按包裝上指示少煮一分鐘)瀝乾水備用.

燒熱鑊後下油,下磨菇和蒜蓉,炒磨菇至軟身,下鹽和黑胡椒粉調味.

再下菠菜,(我再加點蕃茄乾)炒一炒. 下麵粉,拌勻,再下淡忌廉和芝士碎,煮沸後再下長通粉,拌勻即成!

  • 150 g penne pasta
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 100 g spinach
  • 150-200 ml whipping cream
  • parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp flour
