Chocolate Muffins 朱古力鬆餅(馬芬)

I been making so many chocolate muffins, I think to make the super yummy muffin, the key is to use good quality cocoa powder and chocolate. This one by far the best recipe I have, it is very rich and delicious. Maybe it is too rich for breakfast?! Haha

It is very easy to make and you can keep it for few days, perfect for breakfast, a midday snack, or a sweet treat any time of the day, these moist and fluffy muffins are sure to satisfy your cravings. Enjoy!

我已經做了很多次巧克力鬆餅(瑪芬)了,我覺得要做出超級美味的muffin,關鍵是要使用優質的可可粉和巧克力。這個食譜到目前為止是我試過最好的,非常濃郁美味。早餐吃有點太豐盛了?哈哈

這款瑪芬很容易做,可以保存幾天,非常適合早餐、午餐後的小吃或甜點。這些濕潤鬆軟的muffin 大人小朋友都會鐘意!Enjoy!

Mix eggs and sugar evenly, then add melted butter and milk, and mix well.

Sift in flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder, and mix well.

Add chocolate chips and mix well.

Pour the batter into muffin molds, then sprinkle some chocolate chips on top.

Place in a preheated oven at 180C and bake for about 20-25 minutes until done.

*This recipe can make about 8 muffins

將雞蛋和糖拌勻,再加入溶化牛油和牛奶,拌勻。

篩入麵粉、泡打粉和可可粉,拌勻。

再加入朱古力碎,拌勻。

將麵糊倒入鬆餅模內,再加點朱古力碎。

放入已預熱180度焗爐,焗約20-25分鐘即成。

*這個食譜可做大約8個鬆餅

  • 3 Eggs 雞蛋
  • 130 g Sugar 糖
  • 150 g Butter 牛油
  • 120 ml Milk 牛奶
  • 200 g All-Purpose Flour 中筋麵粉
  • 60 g Cocoa Powder 可可粉
  • 7 g Baking Powder 泡打粉
  • Chocolate Chips 朱古力碎
