Coconut Macaroons 椰絲蛋白脆餅

Christmas is coming! YEAAAAAH! It’s time to bake some christmasy …this coconut macaroons, is not typical christmas cookies, but it is white, so it counts! 😉 

What you need is only egg whites, sugar and shredded coconut. THREE ingredients only, and super easy to make! Full of coconut flavour, crispy on the outside, soft in the inside. You can make it for christmas party or pack it as a gift. I am sure your family and friends will love it!

這個餅乾英文叫Coconut Macaroons , 不是法式馬卡龍,而是椰絲蛋白脆餅。充滿椰絲香,外脆內軟,非常好味!

只需三種材料,做法超簡單,做下午茶或派對小食,或者做成聖誕禮物送人都口口,超讚!

Beat the egg whites until foamy, then add in sugar, mix well. Add in shredded coconut, mix until combined.

Add about one tablespoons batter (or as big as you like) on lined baking sheet. Pop in preheated oven at 160C, bake for 16-18 minutes or until slight golden on the surface. 

*This recipe can make about 12 cookies.

將蛋白打散至有氣泡出現(不用打發太久的) 再加砂糖,拌勻。加入椰絲,拌勻。

將一湯匙左右(大小隨意)椰絲放在鋪有烘焙紙的焗盤,放入已預熱160度C的焗爐內,焗約16-18分鐘,至表面有少少金黃色即成!

*焗至最後數分鐘時要小心觀察,不要焗燶
*這個食譜可做約12個餅乾
