Korean Creamy Spicy Prawn Pasta 韓式辣醬忌廉蝦意粉

Since Mr P started to work from home more, our lunch always have noodles or pasta. It is easy, simple and quick!

This is the trendy Korean pasta dish maybe a year ago, never have a chance to try it, but wow, this is super yummy. The hot Gochujang with cream, I cannot believe it is such an amazing combination. Simply add some prawns or chicken, definitely elevate this pasta dish. If you love a little bit spicy, this is a pasta dish for you. Enjoy!

我家每星期午餐都必定煮一至兩次意粉,勝在方便簡單,15分鐘左右就做到,加上超好味又飽肚.

前陣子在韓國非常流行的韓式辣醬忌廉意粉,加了鮮蝦,醬汁微微的辣,再加入忌廉。超香濃又美味的醬汁,意粉完全吸收了醬汁,超級美味!

Bring a large pot of water to boil, add salt and pasta, cook until al dente according to the package instruction.

In a hot pan, cook the prawn and garlic, season with salt and pepper. Set aside.

Add some oil and cook the onion until soften. Then add all the spicy sauce ingredients, add little bit pasta water to thicken the sauce. Bring it to boil.

Then add the pasta and prawns, mix it well together. Sprinkle some cheese, enjoy!

煮一鍋沸水,下兩小匙鹽,煮意粉,瀝乾水份備用

先將蝦煎熟,下鹽和黑胡椒調味,盛起備用

炒洋蔥至軟身,然後加入所有醬汁材料,再加一點煮意粉的水,煮沸

加入蝦和意粉拌勻,再灑上芝士碎即成!

Ingredients
  • 8 Prawns 鮮蝦
  • 150 g Pasta 意粉
  • 2 gloves Minced Garlic 蒜蓉
  • 1/4 Onion (chopped) 洋蔥
  • Parmesan Cheese 芝士碎
  • 1-2 tbsp Gochujang 韓式辣醬
  • 1 tsp Soy Sauce 生抽
  • 3-4 tbsp Heavy Cream 忌廉
  • Korean Chilli Flakes 韓式辣椒碎
Instructions
