Ingredients
  • 150 g fettuccine or any pasta
  • 200 g salmon
  • 50 g green peas
  • 2 slices garlic
  • 150 ml cream
  • lemon juice

  • 150 意粉
  • 200 三文魚
  • 50 青豆
  • 2 蒜頭(切片)
  • 150 毫升 淡忌廉
  • 檸檬汁
Instructions
  1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted water, drain well. Steam the salmon and cut into small pieces. 

  2. Add some olive oil and garlic in a pan, then add in cream. Bring it to boil, then add in cheese and mix well.

  3. Add in green peas and salmon, cook for 2 minutes and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with some lemon juice. Add in pasta and mix well. Enjoy!
