Ingredients
  • 4 eggs
  • red / green pepper
  • spinach
  • cheese
  • bacons
  • cherry tomatoes

  • 芝士碎 適量
  • 煙肉 適量
  • 菠菜 適量
  • 車厘茄 適量
Instructions
  1. Beat the eggs and seasoning with salt and pepper.

  2. Lightly oil the muffin tin, with vegetable oil or butter. Pour beaten egg into the tin, half way through, then add in the filling you desired. Sprinkle some cheese on top.

  3. Pop in preheated oven at 180C, bake for 15-20 minutes. Enjoy!
