Ingredients
  • 800 g chicken thigh
  • 1 onion
  • few spring onion
  • 6 gloves garlic
  • 4-5 slices ginger
  • 2-3 chilli
  • chilli pepper
  • dried chilli
Seasoning
  • 3 tbsp spicy sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp wine
材料
  • 800 雞腿肉
  • 1 洋蔥
  • 6 蒜頭
  • 4-5
  • 2-3 指天椒
  • 少許 花椒
  • 少許 辣椒乾
調味料
  • 3 湯匙 麻辣醬
  • 1 湯匙 生抽
  • 1/2 湯匙 老抽
  • 1 茶匙
  • 3 湯匙 花雕酒 (可省略)
Instructions
  1. Add oil in hot pot, cook spring onion, ginger and garlic for a minute. 

  2. Add in chicken and cook until both sides are golden. 

  3. Then add in chilli pepper, chilli, dried chilli and all the seasoning. Bring it to boil then simmer for 15 minutes. Turn off the heat and let it rest for 10 minutes. Enjoy! (If you want more sauce, you can add some water)
