Ingredients
  • 130 g plain flour
  • 50 g sugar
  • 7 g baking powder
  • 3 g cinnamon powder
  • 80 ml milk
  • 30 ml vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 apple
  • 40 g raisins

  • 130 中筋麵粉

  • 3 肉桂粉
  • 80 毫升 牛奶
  • 30 毫升 蔬菜油
  • 1 雞蛋
  • 1 蘋果
  • 40 提子乾
Instructions
  1. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and cinnamon powder together. 

  2. In another bowl, mix egg, milk and vegetable oil together.

  3. Pour the wet ingredients into dry ingredients, mix well.

  4. Add in grated apple (and you can add raisins) into a batter. Pour the batter into lined muffin tins, pop in preheated oven at 180C, bake for about 25 minutes.
