Cream the butter and sugar together. Add in egg, mix well.
Sift in flour, grounded almond (almond flour), baking soda and salt. Mix until combined.
Simply form a dough, then wrap it with cling film. Chill in fridge for an hour.
Take out a little piece of dough, roll into ball, press it and put an almond on top.
Brush some egg wash on top, pop in preheated oven at 180C, bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden. Enjoy!
