Ingredients
  • 120 g unsalted butter
  • 40 g sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 130 g cake flour
  • 40 g almond flour
  • 2.5 g baking soda
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 15-18 whole almond
  • beaten egg
材料
  • 120 無鹽牛油
  • 40 砂糖
  • 1 蛋黃
  • 130 低筋麵粉
  • 40 杏仁粉
  • 2.5 梳打粉
  • 1/8 茶匙
  • 15-18 杏仁
  • 適量 蛋液
Instructions
  1. Cream the butter and sugar together. Add in egg, mix well. 

  2. Sift in flour, grounded almond (almond flour), baking soda and salt. Mix until combined. 

  3. Simply form a dough, then wrap it with cling film. Chill in fridge for an hour. 

  4. Take out a little piece of dough, roll into ball, press it and put an almond on top. 

  5. Brush some egg wash on top, pop in preheated oven at 180C, bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden. Enjoy!
