Mix flour, sugar and baking soda together.
In another bowl, mix egg, yogurt and melted butter together.
Add the wet ingredient into the dry one. Mix until well combined.
Add half of the batter into buttered muffin tins. Then add some jam in the middle and put the rest of the batter on top. Pop in preheated oven at 180C, bake for about 18 minutes.
Let the muffins cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then coat with sugar. Enjoy!
