Mango Yogurt Pudding

Ingredients
  • 300 g mango
  • 200 ml milk
  • 70 g sugar
  • 250 g yogurt
  • 16 g gelatine
Instructions
  1. Make the mango puree (in a blender)

  2. Put milk and sugar in a saucepan, cook until sugar dissolved, let it cool for a while.

  3. Mix the mango puree with yogurt, then add in milk, mix well.

  4. Use 50ml water mix with gelatine, then put in a bowl of hot water to dissolve it. Add the gelatine into the mixture, mix well.

  5. Pour into container, let it cool then chill in fridge for at least 4 hours.

  6. *This recipe serve 3-4 people

    *If you use gelatine sheet, it is same amount as powder
