Mango Yogurt Pudding 芒果乳酪布甸

Mango season is here! It is perfect time to make some mango dessert! This is super easy to make mango pudding dessert, add some yogurt to make it healthier (of course!) and creamier.

Super super easy to make, then gelatine will do the trick! Perfect dessert for summer! Enjoy!

炎炎夏日,又到芒果的季節!這個超簡單又美味的芒果布甸,用了乳酪Yogurt,口感更幼滑。香甜的芒果,清新又好味! 

下午茶、大食會都啱,大家又試試!

Make the mango puree (in a blender)

Put milk and sugar in a saucepan, cook until sugar dissolved, let it cool for a while.

Mix the mango puree with yogurt, then add in milk, mix well.

Use 50ml water mix with gelatine, then put in a bowl of hot water to dissolve it. Add the gelatine into the mixture, mix well.

Pour into container, let it cool then chill in fridge for at least 4 hours.

*This recipe serve 3-4 people

*If you use gelatine sheet, it is same amount as powder

將芒果打成蓉. 將牛奶和糖放入煲內,煮至糖溶化,稍微待涼. 將芒果泥和乳酪拌勻,再加入牛奶拌勻

用50毫升水和魚膠粉拌勻,再放入一大碗熱水內座溶. 將溶化的魚膠粉倒入芒果混合液內

再倒入容器內,放入雪櫃最少四個小時

*這個食譜可做3-4個小杯 
*魚膠粉和魚膠片的份量是一樣

  • 250 g yogurt
