Ingredients
  • 300 g chicken thigh
  • corn starch
Marinate
  • 1 tbsp Sake
  • 1 tbsp Mirin
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 tsp Minced Ginger
Instructions
  1. Cut the chicken thigh into small pieces, then marinate for 20 minutes.

  2. Coat the chicken with corn starch, remove the excess corn starch.

  3. Deep fry for about 2 to 3 minutes or until fully cooked. Enjoy!
