Mix the hot water with sugar, until sugar dissolve. The pour the mixture into a bowl of Glutinous rice flour, mix well and form a dough.
Divide the dough into 6 to 8 pieces, or smaller if you like. Roll into balls. Dip the doughs into water, then coated with sesame seeds.
Preheated the oil to 155C, fry the dough under medium low heat. Gently move the dough frequently and press it a bit, this will help the dough to become bigger. Once the dough float on the oil, increase the oil temperature and fry it till golden. (takes around 10 minutes)
