Beat the egg whites until foamy, then add in sugar, continue to beat until stiff peak formed
In another bowl, beat the egg yolks with sugar until pale and fluffy
Gradually add the egg yolk mixture in the beaten egg whites, fold it gently
Sieve in flour and corn starch, fold it gently until everything combined
Fill the pipping bag, tip it with a scissors. Then pipe the batter into thick long line on parchment paper. Sprinkle some icing sugar on top
Then pop in preheated oven at 170C, for 12-15 minutes or until light golden.
Let it cool a bit then sprinkle more icing sugar on top. Enjoy!
