Korean Creamy Spicy Prawn Pasta

Ingredients
  • 8 Prawns 鮮蝦
  • 150 g Pasta 意粉
  • 2 gloves Minced Garlic 蒜蓉
  • 1/4 Onion (chopped) 洋蔥
  • Parmesan Cheese 芝士碎
  • 1-2 tbsp Gochujang 韓式辣醬
  • 1 tsp Soy Sauce 生抽
  • 3-4 tbsp Heavy Cream 忌廉
  • Korean Chilli Flakes 韓式辣椒碎
Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of water to boil, add salt and pasta, cook until al dente according to the package instruction.

  2. In a hot pan, cook the prawn and garlic, season with salt and pepper. Set aside.

  3. Add some oil and cook the onion until soften. Then add all the spicy sauce ingredients, add little bit pasta water to thicken the sauce. Bring it to boil.

  4. Then add the pasta and prawns, mix it well together. Sprinkle some cheese, enjoy!
