Ingredients
  • 4 Eggs 雞蛋
  • 90 g Sugar 糖
  • 135 g Glutinous Rice Flour 糯米粉
  • 5 g Baking Powder 泡打粉
  • 30 ml Milk 牛奶
  • 30 ml Vegetable Oil 菜油
Instructions
  1. Beat the eggs and sugar in a large bowl, beat until very fluffy (a ribbon stage)

  2. Sift in glutinous rice flour and baking powder, mix well.

  3. Add in milk and vegetable oil, fold it gently. Pour the mixture into lined cake tin.

  4. Pop in preheated oven at 170C, bake for around 20-25 minutes or until fully cooked.
