Ingredients
  • 250 g Tapioca Flour 木薯粉
  • 150 ml Milk 牛奶
  • 60 ml Water 水
  • 45 ml Vegetable Oil 菜油
  • 1 Egg 雞蛋
  • 90 g Cheddar Cheese (Shredded) 車打芝士碎
  • 60 g Parmesan Cheese (Shredded) 巴馬臣芝士碎
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, mix the tapioca flour and salt together.

  2. Put milk, water and vegetable in a saucepan, mix well and bring it to boil.

  3. Add the liquid to the tapioca flour, mix well. Then add in egg and mix well.

  4. Add in shredded cheese, mix well. The dough is very sticky but not watery. (if the dough is way to wet, add some tapioca flour, but not too much or the bread won't be gooey inside)

  5. Wet both hands, and take out little bit of the dough, roll into ball and put on lined baking tray.

  6. Pop in preheated oven at 200C, bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden, enjoy!
