Zucchini Pancakes 翠玉瓜煎餅

 
Zucchini is one of my favourite vegetable, when I lived in Italy, I always have it with past, risotto and grilled. They are so healthy and super delicious.
 
Add some zucchini in the pancakes, crispy and yummy, perfect to serve as snack or with rice.
 
 
翠玉瓜營養豐富,在意大利生活時已經常吃,煮意粉、Risotto或烤都非常好味。近來非常喜歡做煎餅,加什麼材料都可以,這次加入翠玉瓜,香脆可口,健康又好味!
 
材料簡單,做小食或伴飯都超讚,小朋友都鍾意!
 
 
 
Grate the zucchini and drain well.
 
Mix all the ingredients and seasoning together.
 
Add oil in hot pan, add the batter and cook under medium heat until golden. Enjoy!
 
 
用刨將翠玉瓜刨絲,然後瀝乾水份. 
 
將所有材料和調味料在碗內,拌勻. 
 
燒熱鑊後下油,下麵糊,用中火煎至兩面金黃色即成!

Ingredients
  • 200 g zucchini
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp plain flour
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 2 湯匙 蒜蓉
  • 3 湯匙 中筋麵粉
  • 1 茶匙 麻油
  • 1/2 茶匙
  • 1/2 茶匙
Instructions
