Easy Apple Pancakes 蘋果鬆餅

These apple pancakes are so easy to make, they are originally from Poland. It is normal pancake batter but with apple slices (or shredded apple) in it. It sounds very ordinary but once I try it, they are AMAZING! Can’t believe just add little bit apple in pancake batter can make such a big difference.

It is super easy to make, perfect for breakfast or snack. You can sprinkle some icing sugar on top, just eat it as it is. Or with some honey, maple syrup or jam. Enjoy however you like!

超簡單易做的波蘭蘋果鬆餅,在普通的鬆餅糊內加回蘋果片,看似平凡,但這個真的超級好吃!想不到加了蘋果後,成品這樣不同。可以灑上糖霜,直接享用,或加蜜糖、楓糖漿或果醬等。

做早餐或小食,超級不錯,加了蘋果,小朋友又可以多吃點水果!

In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder together.

Then add in egg, milk and vegetable oil, mix well. Add in apple slices or shredded apple, mix well.

Let the batter set for at least 30 minutes.

Add little bit oil in a hot pan, put some batter in it, cook with medium heat. When you see there are bubbles on top, it is time to flip. Cook until the other side is fully cooked.

Dust with some icing sugar, serve with honey, maple syrup or jam. Enjoy!

在碗內將麵粉、糖、泡打粉和鹽拌勻

將雞蛋、牛奶和菜油拌勻

將濕材料倒入麵粉內,拌勻,再加入蘋果片,拌勻

在熱鑊內加少許油,倒入少許麵糊,煎至表面有氣泡,再將鬆餅反轉再煎熟,再灑上糖霜即成!
