Milk & Coconut Pudding 椰絲牛奶糕

So summer is here!! It is time to make some lovely cool dessert for the hot weather! 

These little milk pudding cubes are so cute, coat with shredded coconut, just like fluffy marshmallows! Rich in milk flavour and super delicious! 

It is super easy to make, it is almost too easy! Perfect for teatime or party food! Hope you like it too!

夏天又到!係時候做點冰涼的甜品。這個椰蓉牛奶糕,看上去像棉花糖,四四方方,實在太可愛!奶味香濃,口感像馬荳糕,如果喜歡馬荳糕,一定會喜歡這個!

做法超簡單,絕對零難度,作下午茶點,派對小食也超讚!快試試!

Sprinkle the shredded coconut in a container, set aside. Mix 150ml milk and corn starch together, set aside. 

Add 100ml milk and whipping cream in a sauce pan, cook under medium low heat. Add sugar and cook until dissolved. 

Then add in milk mixture, cook under medium heat and quickly stir. Cook until it thicken, remove from heat. 

在容器內灑上椰絲,備用. 用150牛奶與粟粉拌勻,備用.

將另外的100毫升牛奶和淡忌廉放入煲內,用中小火煮熱,然後下糖,煮至糖溶化. 

再下步驟一的牛奶液,用中火煮,快速攪拌,很快會變濃稠,離火. 

Pour it into the container, smooth the top. Chill in the fridge for at least 3 hours. 

Cut it into small cubes, then coat with shredded coconut. Enjoy!

倒入容器內,掃平,待涼後放入雪櫃內最少3個小時. 

拿出牛奶糕,切小塊,再沾滿椰絲即成!
