Sweet and Sour Tofu 糖醋豆腐

The most popular Chinese takeaway dish, I am sure is Cantonese Sweet and Sour Pork. The are sweet and sour (ok!) and is so perfect with a bowl of rice. This time I use tofu instead, make the whole dish lighter and healthier, yet same delicious!

The most important thing of this dish is the sauce, you don’t need much ingredients and mix it according to your own taste. Trust me, follow the recipe and you can make as good as you had in Chinese restaurants 😉

經典家常菜-糖醋豆腐,用豆腐代替肉,感覺更輕盈健康。酸酸甜甜,開胃又超下飯!

自調醬汁,隨自己口味調較,簡單易做,大人小朋友都鍾意!

Cut the hard tofu into bite size pieces, pat try with kitchen towel. Add oil in hot pan, add in tofu and cook until each side is golden. Set aside.

Add in red and green bell pepper, cook a while, then add in sauce, bring it to boil.

Add in pineapple and tofu, mix well. Enjoy!

將豆腐切小塊,用廚紙吸乾水份。燒熱鑊後下油,將豆腐煎至每面金黃色,盛起備用.

再加入青/紅椒,炒一炒,然後下所有醬汁材料,煮沸. 

再加入菠蘿和豆腐,拌勻即成!

Ingredients
  • 1 box firm tofu
  • 1/2 green & red bell pepper
  • few slices pineapple
Sauce
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1/2 bowl water
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1/2 青和紅椒
  • 數片 菠蘿
醬汁
  • 2 湯匙 茄汁
  • 1/2 茶匙
  • 1 湯匙 白醋
  • 1/2
  • 1 茶匙 生粉
  • 1 茶匙 喼汁
Instructions
